Author's Response: Sorry? Thanks for the review!

I almost cried, this ending is emotional at least to me.
It's just so sad because everyone pretty much expects Bill to show up again or something, either way you are amazing and an amazing writer!
Author's Response: Thank you!

ahhhhh*cries* this story like made me cry they never see each other again i find that real sad
i dunno this story was like mixed emotion happiness then like saddness
and the story was beautiful i could write down how it made me feel and what it made me think but that would be to long , i have not seen any stories like this on here, this is actually one of my favorite non-twincest stories that really caught my attion it simple , but yet it catches the readers atiion
great job :) :'(
Author's Response: Thanks for the review!

It makes me sad. It is beautiful. I know that if I ever got foster kids that I would keep them all like lost puppies. That they would be able to come back whenever they wanted. That I would end up with a household full of "unwanted" and neglected kids. And I would love them even if they were loud, obnoxious, mouth breathers.
Author's Response: *laughing* Thank you for the review!

Oh that's not the answer that I wanted. I wish that Simone had told Bill how much she enjoyed having him there...then he would have had more of a chance at a better decision. He would have known all the information. Sadness!
Author's Response: Sorry that it ended that way but it's just life. :< Thanks for reading!
Date: 01/13/09 07:14 pm Title: Expectations
The excitement fades with the tedium of work. – so true!
Tom just wants Bill to pass this year. If he does, he has a possibility of receiving the Realschuleabschluss and can take courses at a Gymnasium. There is little chance Bill will ever go to university (he certainly does not expect it himself) but Tom wants Bill to do as well as he can. – that’s so sweet!
The court system has declared Bill’s father capable of gaining custody of his son. He has passed the required mental and substance abuse requirements, and has gathered the proper paperwork. – I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing?!
“He’s going to take Bill away. He’s going to take our Bill,” Simone howls. – oh they love Bill! I hope Bill makes the right decision for himself!
Author's Response: Thanks for all of your wonderful reviews!
Date: 01/13/09 07:08 pm Title: The Letter
Bill looks at the address on the letter. It is his old house. His dad’s name is at the top. - uh oh no good!
Author's Response: Thanks for the input!

Tom is standing against the wall. He looks rather stunned and stares at Bill with wide-open eyes.
Bill stares back, surprised to see Tom without a shirt.
There is a pause, neither boy saying anything. – um what was that?
Author's Response: Awkward moment? Thanks for the review!

I like that they have developed a sibling relationship. And that it is clear how much Bill admires our little Tom.
Author's Response: They have. Thanks for leaving a review!

Bill gets up, too, and goes over to the couch. As he leans back into the cushion, he hisses. Feeling along his back, he finds the painful spot- and the blood.
“Shit,” he mutters, “’Guess they got me harder than I thought.” – hum! *thoughtful face* hum!
Frau Schmeltzer wants to tutor him? I thought she didn’t like him? Hum?!
You've given me much to think on!
Author's Response: Thanks for spending so much time on this story! I love reading all of your reviews!

I think I see a problem if you don't mind me pointing it out :) But you said that Tom got all 1's except for a 3.
Then you write Simone saying why can't you get all 1's. I might be wrong but I think you have 1's and 6's mixed up.
1's are like A's and 6's are like F's so I think you need to change it to all 6's and a 3.
Hope all of that made sense.
Author's Response: Tom has excellent grades but his parents hold him to extremely high standards. They are pissed because he has a 3 and it's in his native language.

Your writing seems to have a magical quality about it. It feels like a fairytale written in an exquisite book, read out loud by an English child. It feels true and yet somehow magical.
Author's Response: Thank you!

THEY NEVER SEE EACH OTHER AGAIN!!! THAT'S CRAP!! Good story but the end lol srry!
Author's Response: ??? Are you angry at me or do you just not like the epilogue? I explained fairly well why they would not see each other again- foster care is an in between stage; the most you can ever expect is a thank you note and maybe what little the social worker or guardian ad litem can tell you. That's it.

I think this story really needs an epilogue, I don't think it comes to a proper close. There are still lots of loose ends it would be nice if you would tie up. I thought it was amazing though, the realism you created is just astonishing. Although I love twincest I'm glad you kept their relationship at a platonic level through this somehow it made it all the more brilliant. I shall miss this as well, this was a true insight into what it is like to be a foster child. I'm so glad you wrote it. Thanks for sharing. :)
Author's Response: I did make an epilogue! Thanks for reviewing.

Yeah is fixed. I dont want this to be the end. It seems kind of like there would be loose ends if it were to end here. What happened at the hearing. What happened to Bill. What about the letter he just wrote. Please dont end it here.
Author's Response: I'm thinking about an epilogue.

Umm I think you repeated a chapter since this is the same as the one before
Author's Response: No offense, but you are on here while I am trying to upload so it will take a minute for me to sort out the technical difficulties. Chapter 9 is missing right now.
