What a great development! I love how Bill is being strong in this. Most stories would have him forgive Tom right now and then they would both go off into the sunset. I really do feel this is way more realistic (though I do still love my happy endings). This is a really great story that isn't getting the attention it should. Much love!

I like this story. I'm curious to what Tom has to say- assuming he has to explain himself to Bill more. I hope Bill's all right. It's not bad at all and I'm totally surprised that more people haven't commented.

Please continue! There are a lot of stories about Tom hurting Bill, and then Bill takes him right back without a second thought. This seems more realistic because people just don't forgive *that* easily in real life.
Oh, and the visual of Bill running in sleet while Tom shuffles after him in huge pants kinda made me giggle alittle!
