Bill was kidnapped when he was younger? So how long was he gone? But anyway this was such a amazing story! I don't even go to church. Not since I was eight. When ever I do set foot in one I just feel out of place, like I don't belong there. But than again the church I used to go to is like a big house.
But this was just a lovely read. And very apporiate since its December this month and few more days till Christmas!! ^^
Author's Response: yeah, he was, and he didn't find out about his biological family until just a few months before this story takes place. lol, i've never gone to church. well when my cousins were baptized, but. i can sympathize with feeling like you don't belong there. ^_^ thanks for the review!

Oh me (I know this is a well weird way of starting a review, but I can remember our conversation, I said you better expect my review sometime soon, and you replied, Oh you. For some reason, I liked it a lot, I'm definitely stealing it. So...)
Oh me. Oh me, because I said I would take my time to refine my *very, very* poor English, and yet I'm here writing a comment for you. Oddly enough, I feel exactly like the last time I was dropping a comment, for Je Mourrai Pour Toi I mean; I'm not sure I'm able to write out the words you deserve - or want... - to hear, in all honesty. Am sorry about that. Please know I admire-respect you as a writer, and our conversation confirmed I surely appreciate you, therefore you'll find only kind words here. Just give it a try. :)
It took me a lot to decide which story I should pick out, I didn't *exactly* want to end up heart-wrenched like when I read JMPT, so I looked through all the titles of your other group of fics. Besides, I remembered you're a fan of Gen, so this one seemed just about perfect. :)
So. I'm glad to tell this story isn't just as heart-breaking as JMPT; when it comes to that one, you're practically, -literally! - overwhelmed, and feel drowned by words in such a violent way, if you allow me it. Magi is subtler, and far, far more nostalgic and sad. You divided your style in two cathegories, but I can assure you, you come off very powerfully in both stories I've read.
I'm definitely impressed with the way you managed to write it all so graphically, letting your characters speak out for themselves without spending too many paragraphs about their emotions, how they're feeling, and bla bla bla (I think it would've turned out a little boring, if you ask me), considering this is full of Angst. I've read about many hot kisses they shared, in mant different fics, but is it possible that this mere kiss, on the cheek, sent shivers down my back? 'Cause, oh yes, it totally did.
I know that's short... . Oh, pointless to add this is going to my list of fav., isn't it? Your writings are so meaningful, powerful and intense I can't help but consider them perfection.
Thanks for writing, :)
See you on MSN!
- Nicole
Author's Response: oh, you. ^_^ (yes, i remember that.) lol, yes, you were going to take a break from english, weren't you? i knew you wouldn't be able to keep that promise. ;) don't be sorry at all! anything is better than nothing, in my book. i would say that i admire you as a writer too, only i've never read anything you've written (that's a hint, btw), but i appreciate you too. absolutely. :) that's...kind of perfect. jmpt drowning you in words in a violent way, i mean. that's kind of what i'm going for when i use that writing style. oooh, you said nostalgic! thank you. (yes, i'm weird, but it's my favorite word and feeling and oh, it was just what i was going with this!) is it possible that this mere kiss, on the cheek, sent shivers down my back--oh, you. that's so awesome. really, just, thank you. thankyouthankyouthankyou. and yeah, see you online! :)

Beautifully descriptive, so simple but very melancholy, and yet somehow hopeful as well. This seems like such a very sad AU, with the twins disjointed but still wanting togetherness, not quite connecting but still giving it a go, making it there more or less in th end. I like the feelings that come through in the last part. It's simply lovely.
Author's Response: oh, thank you so much for your thoughts. and you're right, this was supposed to be a very sad AU, though i doubt i'll ever finish it. thanks for the review! <3

I apparently never reviewed this one before, but I re-read it today and, like everything you write, it left me breathless. The way you describe the most simple things is just gorgeous. And I was SO excited to see this featured on the front page today. ♥
Author's Response: thank you!! <333 (and i was excited too! i did a double-take when i saw it. xD)

Amazing...not usually a reader of anything remotely slashy, but this was really good!! Some moments got me:
he finds himself sandwiched between his mother on his right and his father on his left, neither of whom he knows as well as he wants to or loves as much as he should.
Rings too true! xx
Author's Response: thank you! ^_^

...garlands that smell like the deep dark forests of fairy tales and ribbons so scarlet they belong in the flaxen hair of fair-headed maidens... - wow..i never actually imagined it like this =)
...Were you expecting Santa Claus?... - nope...someone better *mischievous grin*
...his eyes are dark with curiosity and his hair is down and frames what Tom, not without guilt, thinks is a beautiful face... - yeah, Bill looks most...beautiful, naturally *dreamy eyes*
...If he closes his eyes, he looks just like one of them, Bill thinks dazedly... - wie ein engel
...He doesn't really believe in God.But suddenly he finds himself wishing that he did... - don't we all wish he did? *sighs*
...he leans over and, touching Bill’s shoulder with butterfly fingers, kisses him on the cheek... - aaawwwww ^___^
Author's Response: hehe, thank you!! (=

He doesn’t believe in prayer. He doesn’t even really believe in God. But suddenly he finds himself wishing that he did. That really struck home, because those few sentences really seem to just...describe me. Ahh. Although I have to say, when Bill says he's going straight to hell for not offering a tithe, technically you can't go to hell if you don't believe in God. xD
And I really love how this ends. Ah. Angsty but nice. :3
Author's Response: Yeah, I'm the same. It would be so much easier if I could just believe in something, but oh well. And I know that, it was just a wry comment in his head. ;) Angsty but nice... Heh, love that! Thank you so much. :)
