"The gangster clad teen, flicked his lip ring with that supple, pink organ that came out of his mouth to play, as he watched Bill."~first nd third commas not needed
"When that saying was wrote; they didn't account for you." ~written
"After all the times Bill had been told he was worthless, all the times they made him feel worthless. He started to believe it." ~make one sentence cos u have a phrase there instead of a sentence.
"What a way to meet your boyfriend, practically kill him, and then when he's broken and upset; move in and sweep him off his feet. " ~add a comma before when and change the colon thingy to a comma.
"Bill didn't want Tom not to touch him. However the smaller male could remember Georg." ~comma after him to make one sentence
~don't start sentences with 'and' or 'but'
