This chapter made me smile.
Very cute story, I really like that you haven't rushed everything. The way Bill figures out how he feels about Tom is very realistic to me. Rather than immediately crushing on him Bill goes through denial. Again, very cool.
The only mistake I saw was in the fifth paragraph in the second to last sentence. Instead of "handle" I think it's supposed to be "handling," but that's just me. Everything else was perfect :)
