Hi.
I really, really love this story. I'm glad it's already finished, because it would be torture waiting for you to actually write updates.
Tom and Bill's budding relationship is intriguing to me. I'm actually sitting here and longing for Bill and him to just hook up already and be with each other forever and ever. But I like the realistic pace you're setting it at. Bill has issues with trust and I love you don't always explain everything right away, but you are still good at letting us readers know something is up. Like Bill's mom leaving him and his dad. You didn't reveal that until chapter 10, but from chapter 1 we all knew something had to have happened to give Bill nightmares and for him to be so closed off from people. Excellent job.
The only problem I have with this story so far is that you need a beta. I'm not quite sure if you're just rushing the typing or if English isn't your first language, but there's lots of mistakes in your story that is very distracting to a reader.
There's lots of missing, vital words in sentences and misspelled words. Your grammar is pretty good and the story plot is very, very good. That's the only reason I kept reading--because I saw from the beginning that there was a GOOD plot here, and characters a reader could identify with and love.
Please, please have a beta go back over your previous chapters (someone who will actually go through each sentence and correct mistakes and not just skim the story and say it's "okay") and have one go over your unposted chapters before you post them. If you're afraid it will get you off your current posting schedule, then while you're posting one chapter, have the beta be looking over the next few in the meantime. Get someone who is reliable and who will come through for you in a pinch. There's a list of betas on the THFiction site in one of the links at the top. Your story is too good not to be presented at its best. I'm only saying all this to help you. The Tutor is spectacular now. Imagine what it will be once you sharpen up those rough edges. I don't know if the mods will take my advice, but I'm suggesting to them that The Tutor be the next featured story.
