I couldn't get past the first sentence of this without rolling my eyes and clicking away from the page.
You really need to not type like you speak. 'Like' isn't used in stories unless it's from a first-person perspective. And letters are not good to substitute for words. You're not having an IM conversation here, you're writing a story. You tell me what book or story you've read that has this kind of writing in it.
