If someone walked up to me and said "Please help me! I have no clue what I'm doing, you're a normal person, you know how the world works; I only know makeup, clothes and stardom." I would be like 'ur a freak' and slowly back away but if it was Bill same reaction execpt before i left the solan I would be like "Bill ur wierd But ur sooooooooo pretty!"

There is obviously something going on with Bill. That little flash in his eyes when he was explaining things to Kayla was a dead give-away.
I can't wait to see what kind of hair brained schemes he comes up with and drags her along for the ride on. So exciting!
