It has been a true pleasure to follow Bill and Tom's journey through their discovery off each other, and to see how love can grow out of the most peculiar circumstances!
I am not saddened to see it go; all good things must come to an end, and when the end is such a happy one, I can't really find it in myself to complain about it! But I will miss it non the less...
It felt like an abrupt ending though; Hot and bothering, I'd admit to that, :) but still somewhat abrupt! In that light, it is nice to know You will not abandon the story completely, but continue with it in three stand alone chapters/story's!

It can not compete with "a Wolf's Tale"; You had something really magical going on there! But the fluff and sweetness of the story always made me feel like I was being wrapped in soft downy blankets and the finest cotton known to man! Every Thursday, I knew that, how ever dreary or stressful the day had been, there would be a comforting and soothing chapter of "Winter kisses" awaiting for me when I came home! The happiness I feel when reading the story, is incredibly intoxicating, and leaves me with the most wonderful smile on my lips, that never really fades... You have brighten my days ever since You started writing "Winter Kisses" and there is no way I can thank You enough for that!!!!!

You never compromised with the tempo of the story either, You always made the twins take it slow, even though You knew how agonisingly painful it was to the reader... That is a hallmark of an excellent author...

Your story is the most romantic I've read in a loong time!

Those amazingly erotic images of the twins in bed, early in the chapter, that You put into my mind, were unbelievably sexy and entered my mind like a tornado and blew my mind away!!!
Mind blowing of orgasmic proportions...

It was a sad thing, that Gustav's Love for Bill was unrequited, but of course it had to be, or else there would not have been a story about twincest to write... ;)

In the first sex scene of the chapter, it felt like they were finishing each others sentences. That was a very nice touch! I found it both hot and endearing at the same time...

I really wants to give You a HUGE review, for this story and its finishing chapter, but my mind can't seem to find all the right words at the moment. I can only pray to my Goddess that I will find time in the future to read it again and then give You that amazing review You so richly deserve!

Author's Response: oh my goddess OO do you have any idea how much I bounce when you write me reviews like this?

I do feel to that the story ended maybe too fast, which is why I decided to write the one-shots. But in some ways I am also happy to see the story end because evn though it has brought me some of the best times on this fic ever, it has also brought me some of the worst, but now it's over and I can move on ,)

Okay, so I was seriously torn up about whether or not I should post this review, on account of the last mail, but I realised that if I didn't post it here, I was going to end up ranting somewhere, and it doesn't seem ... fair, I suppose. So here we go.

First of all, can I just say that I really liked that bit in the beginning of chapter six, where Bill is going “IT'S NOT WRONG. IT CAN'T BE WRONG. WE LOVE EACHOTHER. IT CAN'T BE WRONG IF WE LOVE EACH OTHER. Right?” It feels like, deep inside, Bill *knows* that what he's doing is, well, sort of wrong, and he's trying to convince himself that it's *not*, and that anyway, it's okay, because they're twins, right? I think that if you'd explored that a bit more, things might've gotten really interesting. :)

(Incidentally: Congrats on finishing this fic! 8) )

Your language has a tendency to get banal. (Read: overused and therefore not interesting, seeming trite and hollow and not sincere.) When you use the same phrases – or similar sounding ones – over, and they're *already* banal, it makes the relationship feel, well, sort of fake. I won't say that the more creative you get, the better your story is – there's a line there, too – but there are other ways to declare your love than saying “I love you”. (Incidentally, actions speak louder than words.)

Sort of related: SHOW, DON'T TELL. Seriously.

The conflict and angst in your story feels like you decided that you *needed* some conflict and angst, and so you threw some in. While I'm all for that, in this case, it doesn't feel organic. It's like you have a plain t-shirt, but you feel like it needs something else to make it complete, so you sew a pair of socks to the sleeves. Not only does it look really *weird*, it also makes it a bit hard to wear. I would actually have preferred the story *without* the conflict, because it feels illogical and out of the blue, and also it makes your characterisation of the characters suffer.

Yes, characterisation. I know I've commented on it before – on the Bushido rape fic, iirc – but it's one of those things that can make or break a story. The way your characters act here? Is not believable. And while I know that believability was one of the things you didn't want to have a lot of in this fic, it would be nice to get at least modicum of Earth Logic. These characters don't act like people; they're like vehicles for porn. Which is fair enough, if you like that kind of thing, but when a story like that spans over more than one chapter, it gets old, fast, because the characterisations aren't strong enough to make things interesting. (Especially when the sex is fairly vanilla.)

Let's not even talk about the intelligence of these people; for your conflict to work, just about every single character must be either retarded or ignoring the twincest on purpose.

(I'm convinced that the G-team were androids.)

(There were times when I honestly couldn't tell them apart.)

Lastly, the whole “I LOVE HIM BUT WHAT IF HE DOESN'T FIND ME HOT” thing? If a guy lets you fondle his prostate, chances are he doesn't find you completely hideous.

The TL;DR:
1.You've got a tendency to overuse already overused descriptions and phrases.
2.Show, don't tell.
3.Your conflict feels like it's been thrown in at the last minute.
4.Characterisation: Make an effort.
5.Seriously, no-one is that stupid.
I've got more, but it's mostly comments on specific sentences and random comments, and it's ... pretty long, so I'll spare you. :)
