Hello.
I can finally read this chapter et I'm absolutely not disappointed. It's as good as the previous ones.
- It has begun calmly.
Tom helps Josh getting about the sight of Bill's torture and il allows us to learn more abour Tom's past. Very interesting his young years!
- But quickly appears the disturbing link between Josh and the psycho.
Is it an aware link or an unaware one?
Is Josh innocent or a very good actor?
When Josh wants to divert Tom's mind from the case, is it in order to manipulate him or simply to free his head and let him be more concentrated?
I still don't know what to think....
- Tom made a new slip-up and lost contrôle once more.
And it cost him much. He lost the trust of others team's members and almost lost his job.
It's hard to say but Chief Rothstein was right. Despite the situation, he made a huge mistake.
But he's right though. There's a connection.
- However, Tom decides to act alone. Il play the psycho's game and I don't think it's a good idea, that's what this freak wants.
But Tom manages nonetheless to manipulate him and make him confess one of his secrets. Maybe it's a step in the right direction but maybe has the psycho also plan this...We'll see.
- One thing is sure, the kidnapper is still sadistic. He makes loose time as every minute is important to save Bill.
Tom must fin a way to invert the power-struggle. But how?
What he will find may hlep but will there be enough evidences? I don't think the psycho will leave too much of them. Or only inpurpose.
He makes no mistake, he's smart and well prepared.
- What will Tom find and where? I have usually a few hypotesis but you always find a way to surprise us. So I don't know what will happen.

I just wanted to warn you I'll be taking a bit of a break from this story until there's more to read b/c I don't want to be left totally frustrated an pulling my hair out.
