Your take on Bill is awesomesauce, but it's always sad when the twins aren't written as twins... it makes sense in this fanfic tho, cause otherwise Tom would have to play the dick-wad brother and that's just too easy ;)
Author's Response: I seriously thought about making Tom the asshole. But that happens a lot. I didn't really think anyone would like how I changed Bill's attitude. Everyone expects him to sit back and let everyone step all over him while Tom is the tough guy. I tried to make Bill the victim in a way, but I also wanted him to stand up for himself sometimes. I'm pretty sure the real Bill Kaulitz doesn't take shit from anyone lol ;)

The storyline is intriguing, which is interesting because this idea isn't quite original. Even though I get this feeling like, "good god, that would never happen" with the relationship between Georg and Bill (step brothers, hahaaa love it!) I still can't stop reading.
