O: you might want to get a beta or proof read the story yourself once you've posted it on here (I have to because even though I re-read it before I post it, there still end up being mistakes of some sort) because I noticed an "8" in your "thought" ._. and when you say "when they were shrouded int he darkness of the shadows, Tom can just make out..." it would be "could" ._. otherwise, you're mixing present and past tense. ^.^ sorry for the criticsim... but it was bothering me a bit ._.
