This is an amazing story. It is very well written, with life-like characters and problems. Sadly these kinds of situations happen alarmingly offten; I believe you accurately portrayed the abuse and the way the sisters guard each other.
I think the sisters shouldn't die. You should have a happy ending. At the very least, have them die in Bill and Tom's arms.
