Wow. I.. this was a wonderful story, so full of different emotions; sadness, a bit of hate and most of all love. I really loved it. I felt so sad for Tom about how Bill treated him in the beginning but I guess Tom wasn't better when kissing that girl at the party or wherever it was when he was drunk. Oh, well, everyone makes mistakes. I felt so sorry for Bill when he realized that his daughter was gone, it is probably the worst nightmare a parent must have, and then that the kid is dying of course. :/ I can't believe that David was the one who arranged it, even though he was in serious debt but, on the other side; his try did work in one way; Bill and Tom did get together again, though i'm not sure if the band came back ;p But it was nice how they slowly started to talk again and it was just so clear that they loved each other. I loved the scene where Tom found melody and she said he wasn't a stranger but he was "her daddy's tomi", that was really sweet and i felt so touched for tom!:) Also, at the police station when they asked if tom was her uncle, it was so sad (but understandable) that Tom had to say he was her uncle.. Well, he is her uncle and her father if you think about it. Oh well. I love how Melodie had Bill's smile and that bill and his daughter acted pretty much the same when Tom came back from the station (how are you ? everything okay? you sure?) and so on, it was just totally sweet and I giggled a bit while reading that. :) When Bill asked Tom about the bubblebath I got a fluffy feeling inside, not sure what but it was sweet of Bill!;) when Tom told bill he was still in love with him i swear my heart skipped a beat! I was like closing my eyes, almost afraid of Bill's' reaction. I was touched by Bill's reaction, "How can you still love me after all i did to you?" It was a good question and when love is true, it is just true and you learn to love even the bad things about your parents. (Okay, I guess it depends on how bad it is.) I loved their little reunion encounter; totally hot and passionate! And omggggg bill is pregnant with a boy, that is just so PERFECT! :D And Tom really knows what to say in situations, doesn't he? "Belly full of love." Totally sweet and really tom, i think. O.o :P and yuush, they're getting married too! okay, not legally but nevertheless a wedding!! sorta! :D Okay, gonna stop rambling now. I loved reading this story! it is definitely one of those i'll favorite and go back reading it whenever I feel like it. :) You did an EXCELLENT job on this one! :D xxAnnie.

Author's Response: You know, part of me really wants to write a sequel. But the problem is, in my mind, they are happy now. I made it all perfect for them, and I don't know if I want to tear that apart. ( sounds daft I know, lol ) rnI mean, how far can a sequel go without some drama? rnrnI'm not sure.
