I love Miyavi and Gackt (I'm on a bit of a JRock kick at the moment haha) and I've been hopeing to find a Bill/Miyavi and/or Bill/Gackt for a while. I've only found a couple, so I was really happy to run across this! And on top of that, it's well written! Your characterization of everyone is really nice.
I can't wait to see where you take this story! I'm going to fav it so I don't miss any new chapters. :)
