I can understand that Bill doesn't want to speak because it would seem too real then. When you don't admit something and pretend that it never happened, it's easier to push it out of your mind. To try and forget it. But he HAS to do it... He HAS to speak. Because he won't forget it. Even if he wants it so bad. God, my heart was so heavy reading this chapter. I could almost feel bill's pressure myself, having to stand those accusing bastard's stares and having to retell his darkest misfortune. He seem to have hyperventilated or fainted any second, poor boy.
