Oh my God. That was absolutely beautiful. I loved how you told us enough to understand, but not everything that it lets our imagination take over. That and you didn't SHOW us everything, telling us in this case (of their past, how they got to this point and of their relationship) worked out perfectly for this. It was simple yet very poignent.

I don't read Character Death fics, but seeing as it was by you I just had to read it.
It's so beautiful. So well written. When it was announced about the body falling I began to cry, and even more so when Tom found out it was Bill.
That is so sad. Just to know that he could have prevented that if only he had listened ... Omg. I'm going to cry again
