I love this fic!!! ED stories are close to my heart and I think you are doing a good job with this. I usually only read twincest but I'm glad I read this. You write really well and I like Bill and Tom's relationship a lot. Keep up the great work!

Author's Response: thanks, i was thinking about changing it into a twinscest story just in the last chapter, but decided against it. i didnt want it to be too confusing. i changed my last fic to slash, before it was general too. it confused some readers very briefly, but at least i changed the genre at the beginning of the fic. i think it be too late to change the genre now.

but im glad you like the story && bill && tom's relationship, even though its a non-romantic, brotherly bond. thanks for the review [:

I just hate those pro-ana sites! Last year some teachers at our school wanted to talk to us about eating healthy and all that stuff and that was the first time I heard those sites existed! Eww, so disgusting!

I know telling on someone is wrong but Tom should really tell his parents about Bill's problem. I mean, it's a matter of life and death, and Bill's sanity should be the most important thing!
But that's putting so much weight upon Tom's shoulders... so, poor Tom too (in a way, he's also suffering for seeing his brother like that)

Author's Response: yeah, i searched some of those pro-ana sites...freaking scary. some people are just so obsessed with their weight. like, i'll be honest...i am a little obsessed. i excersise && watch what i eat...but not enough to starve myself. i just watch what i eat && monitor my weight && i'm doing fine.
yeah, tom too is suffering. you'll see towards the end what an ultimate sacrofice tom makes for his brother. i wish i had a brother like bill does.

Poor lonely Bill, but I really hope that he will heal!!! Update soon!!

,,, and I'm so sorry for answering this so late, but i had no time to even think of sleeping, school is killing me xS,,,

so..it's very strickt there. they can't eat everything, but only the things they are allowed to eat, and in certain proportions. they write everything down they eat and drink, each patient has their own diet, cuz everyone is different.

because the anorexia ones are thinking, talking (sometimes dreaming too) about food all the time. they need a lot of controle expecially when you are new in such a clinic.
And food controles their lives, actually it's an obsession, it's on their mind whole the time, but when they see others eat stuff they like, their hunger dissapears more (it satesfies them), (they mostly enjoy the hungry feeling cuz it means they are loosing weigth) just the view of food pleased them before they went there, so they need to learn to eat again by very small propotions otherwise their body will refuse all the food content in their body

the first thing they do when they get into such a clinic is having an appointment with one of the docters there to check on their health cuz, by not, or allmost eating nothing you do a lot of dammage on your body.
they check too in what kind of state of anorexia you are. If it's dangerously bad, their is a chance you are not allowed to come out of your bed for days, weeks, months, depends on how bad your health is. then they are allowed to walk in their room until they improve more and then they can even walk in the corridors if it's permitted.
they are certaintly not allowed to play sports or something like that.

so like you see, every case is different..
they also get psychological therapy
most of them have a (very) low self esteen so that's one of the things they work at, they also need to talk about their lifestyle from before so the reason(s) behind it can be solved, cuz when you don't solve the problem that causes all of this damage, nothing will get beter, maybe for a short time, but the chance of returning to the same lifestile as before is very high.

something you also need to know is the fact that the patients are not allowed to talk to each other cuz they are so focussed of food that they will talk about their previeus habbits, and that's not good because it will create (more) difficulties.

it's important for their healing proces that the ones they love and care about visit them, so they are distracted and don't get a feeling of beeing forgotten of rejected or something and still have a feeling of being a part of the world.

when you are 'healing' well they give you more freedom, for example, going a weekend home,

afterwards, when your back home, you still get therapy and have a diet, so you can get used to your normal life again without eating problems


some things that are typical for anorexia patients are: having difficulties with sleeping, when you're a girl, you can loose your period and maybe can't get children anymore, having no strenght anymore, feeling dizzy, loosing your hair, having headaches, getting sick easily,..


they also look a lot at others eating habbits and stuff, even more when they get out of there cuz they are still getting into their normal lives again and wanna know if their eating habbits now are wrong, so they compares themselves to others.
