Oh my god! Please tell me the next chapter is on its way! You're great at writer, espcially for someone knew at it. I suggest, though, adding more details and background information on the characters? It makes the story much better. It's also good to use a lot of imagery so that people can get a good pitcure of what is going on in the scene instead of just a voice and a blank background. Also, keep in mind that while detail is good, don't overdo it because then it will make the story to overbearing. This story does have a future (From what I can tell) so please don't leave it here. Lol, I can't wait to see Tom's reaction when Bill comes to school all dolled up. Or Bill's reaction when he sees himself all dolled up.
