I loved this, as always, but I think this is wrong "Tom didn't listen, he just kept on listening." Isn't it kept on eating? Sometimes it happens to me that I want to write one word, but as I'm thinking of other thing I write the wrong word, maybe that's it.
But anyway, this is as lovely as ever, or even more. I have a smile crawling its way out of my mouth ever since I started reading. You could not dissapoint us with this, by no way.
AH, and I'll take a look at your new story. I like your writing.

Author's Response: no, he wasnt imaginaing anything, and its not a flash back. Tom just makes that infrence by looking at Bill that he is fragil, and could be broken easily.
