Okay, so I have to say, the style of writing is nice, but it's a little confusing how much you switch point of views. No offense to you, I'm just pointing out what I've noticed so far. I really do like the story and I'm only trying to help.
I seriously love the relationship between Tom and Bill. It seems very realistic. I especially got a giggle of the time Tom was screwing that one girl and Bill called him... It probably wasn't meant to be funny, but I was amused.
"I wanted to be the one to take her virginity away, not my brother." That was a bit cliche, but I think if you do it right, it could work. I have faith in you. ^___^
Loved it though! I'm adding it to my favorites...
