So sweet and so sad.. I loved this

I gotta say, you guys have been doing a lot of Billshido lately, and by now, I thought I would've been sick of it; after all, how many dirty, smutty things can one couple do? But you seem to have an excellent mind for writing these scenes, and this one was just another great one!

I feel like it was realistic too; if Bill and Bushido really were in a relationship, it wouldn't be all sunshine and butterflies, there would be some serious angst, and you conveyed that perfectly. The thing with the ring was just beautiful (for a second I thought it was an engagement ring, too) and Bushido's character was so...cute. I love that you contrasted between him being a rapper and then him showing his soft little underbelly when he's around Bill.

I can't wait to see what what you think up next.

This one hit a little too close to home with me. Stories usually don't make me cry because I'm very good at reminding myself that that's just what they are - stories, fiction, things that don't happen in real life. But something about this one spoke to me and I've experienced the essence of it so it was almost too much. The part "But it was hard when you were leaving your heart behind." curled it all up in one neat, cohesive, unbearably painful sentence.

I honestly didn't even notice the sex in this one. It wasn't about that to me and if you intended it to be don't tell me because I prefer to see it this way. I have a really big romantic side you know, I like to think love conquers all and I really do believe it can, but I think what a lot of people forget that it's very hard for relationships to survive on just love. And those that manage to do so end up being as painful as they are rewarding.

I thought you depicted that perfectly throughout, with the ring and what it meant and what it didn't, and everything that was too much for Bill. I think it was just as overwhelming for Bushido too, he just hid it better. I loved the part when Bill didn't say I love you back because it says a lot more about their love that he realizes that would make his lover uncomfortable and so waits until later.

They say parting is such sweet sorrow, but I don't see the sweet in there, just the sorrow. There's always the little sprig of hope and expectation for the next time but that tends to be just as painful more often than not. It comes back to that line you see, "But it was hard when you were leaving your heart behind." I cried when I read it and I haven't stopped yet. This story wasn't so much romantic or angsty as it was just honest. An honest portrayal of love and being forced to leave that love behind if only for a little while.

I don't think anyone could have expressed it at as well as you did. Thank you.

And it wasn't supposed to be about the sex, so be comforted. ;) And the line is, "Parting is such sweet sorrow, that we we must say good night 'til it be 'morrow." So Romeo and Juliet were getting to see each other the next day. And anyway, like Bushido said, they had fun, lol.

Billshido is an unbelievably sweet pairing. I have always moved it. Especially by you two. The idea of big strong Bu as the comforter abd pritectorabd then bill all sweet and inocent -- turns me on!! *shudder* Ya'll write so beautifully. I really mean that.

that was beautiful. The full range of emotions in this work was breathtaking. It wasn't always sad, it wasn't always melancholic, and it wasn't always humorous. And I'm glad you showed a different side to sex, a more personal, sensitive side, that readers tend to not see because writers forget about it. Beautiful job. The ending just tied it together.
