I'm trying to figure it out and I want to know what Bill did very badly, but I really like how you keep us all waiting. The suspense makes the story even better and the mystery makes me feel like a part of it, since I'm trying to make a puzzle from all the pieces. I'm glad you didn't give out all the information at once, cause the way you give us little information more in every chapter makes the reading more interesting and portrays Bill in a more phycho kinda way.
At first I thought he had killed his entire family, one day he got "sick" and didn't realise what he was doing.
After the last chapter, I thought he propebly killed his girlfriend. Maybe he thought she did something she wasn't supposed to (cheating etc), got crazy and killed her out of rage without realising.
But now, if he had a gun that means whomever he killed, it was planed out. He had to get the gun from somewhere, plan when and where he'd find it and have intentions to use it.
Don't even tell me if I'm on the right or wrong track, cause I want to be suprised when you reveal what he did.
But he deffinately is not innocent. *

I love this story :D Congratulations on getting featured, it was thoroughly deserved, as well as winning the OOC award! All I can really say is I can't wait for the next chapter, I'm on the edge of my seat, and I'm fairly certain I know what Bill did, maybe not finer details, but I won't say anything because I'm probably wrong, lol. Sorry I didn't leave any reviews so far, but I want you to know that I've been closely reading the whole story and you got me in awe.
I mean, that psycho!Bill just amazes me. It's so... I don't even know how to describe it with words. I'm so fondly in love with it that I just jump off my chair everytime it's updated.
You really deserve the award plus the feature.
Might be Bill involved into a shooting or something like that? Or a serial-killer rampage? You've got me all intrigued. You're such a cliffhanger! LOL. Not that I complain.
I kinda like the riddles that Bill sends Tom, I sometimes feel as thrilled as Tom is XD.

Wow, this is so giving me a headache. I love your descriptions of Bill. The way you're describing his features changing, the way he freaks people with his glares, the sound changing in his voice and so on. It makes this character extremely real and authentic.
