Well, now that I've finished the story, I can't help but wonder why out of all the years i've been on this website, I've never read this story. I actually really enjoyed reading this and it has a spot right next to my favorite story on here. I can see myself reading this story many more times to come.

OH GOD. I don't even know where to start. I had seen this story from afar for a long while but I had never read it because I don't read WIPs, mostly because I don't want to feel disapointed if the story isn't finished, it makes me feel really bad and empty. But, last week when I saw #815 was finished I gasped and said "No way" So I saved it on my phone and started reading. It took me 6 days to be exact. I used to go to bed at 2am reading because I just couldn't stop. I wonder, where did you get the inspiration from to write something like this? It's the most intense story I have ever, ever read. All these emotions running through me, my heart beating faster and faster, I was so scared of reading the final chapters, really. I didn't dare to go back and read the warnings because I was scared I would find something I didn't like.
You woman, are a GENIUS. Today I finished reading the last chapter and I didn't know what to do with myself, I wasn't even hungry, I was so worried and I was just killing time to not start reading. You made us feel the characters so much, but I'm so glad the end turned this way. I would have be devastated if one of them died, at some point I wanted them both to die, so neither of them could feel pain. I'm kind of sad and disappointed in Bill for actually pulling the trigger, I can't believe he dared to do that. He really has to stop being selfish or maybe he just way too confused, and I'm sad also that Tom never had dared to say to Bill that he loved him, I think it might have made a difference. But I see this like their story hasn't ended, they have a long way ahead. I know they will sort out their problems, but the fact that Bill never forgives Tom for this leaves me a little scared. Just tell me that Bill didn't mean to kill himself because... I don't know, it makes my heart sink so very deep.
But, all in all, I just have two words to say, THANK YOU, for this and CONGRATULATIONS. Wish you all the best :) Sorry for writing you a letter, haha.

Wooo!! Endelig ferdig! Well done, Anette!!! Superstolt av deg :D Og herregud, det endte nesten akkurat sånn som jeg hadde håpa *___* Var livredd der en stund, når Bill lå og var "død". Trodde de faktisk hadde drept han, og at Tom tenkte å ta han med på akutten eller noe for gjenoppliving?? Så jeg ble superstressa og måtte lese DRITFORT, så han ikke skulle dø... Hahhaha..mindfuck. Må lese hele ficen igjen snart..alt i one go, så jeg får med meg alt litt bedre.
Men som sagt, kunne ikke vært en bedre slutt for min del! Elsker at det er litt åpen slutt, at vi ikke helt får vite om Bill kommer til å tilgi Tom eller ikke. (Han gjør nok det in time, får vi håpe) Når han tok opp pistolen og den ikke funka, og han innså at det ikke var noen annen utvei enn å bli med Tom... ahh, jeg døde!
Fantastisk at du endelig er ferdig nå altså, selv om det er trist.. Sykt at du har klart å skrive på en fic i så mange år, og den har bare blitt bedre og bedre med tiden. Lurer på om du kommer til å fortsette å skrive TH fics? Jeg håper det, en gang iblant værtfall :') Du skriver jo for andre fandoms, gjør du ikke? Kan godt tenke meg å lese noe... ;);)

This story was absolutely brilliant!! This has got to be one of the best stories I've read here, and believe me, I've read a whole lot of them! I got sucked into it from the beginning and now at the end, I cried like a baby during the execution part!!
I was hoping you'd continue a bit more longer after the escape, you know, so we got to know how they did, if Bill could accept the fact that he got a second chance, etc.. But I guess it wasn't meant to be..
Seriously though, amazing story!! Definitely one I'll read again! And I'm kind of sad already that it ended.. =(

I found the German translation of your story, about 3 months ago on another homepage and was hooked just by reading the summary. I'm majoring in Einglish and so I really wanted to read the original version and not the translation.
Your writing style is amazing and I could really feel with your character. You had me cry several times during this story, but especially today when I reread the two last chapters and this final one.
I personally really like your ending, because I love the idea of "love conquers all" and I can understand why you wanted to give this rather dark story a happy ending.
I hope to read more from you!

OH MY FRICKING GOSH!! *exhales to contain self*
This has been the highlight of my entire slash THF life. I swear I had so many hyperventilating and tiny hear attack moments than any other chapter I have ever read.
I was sobbing and had to cry I to my pillow to muffle the sounds, I was just filled with so much emotion.
I swear I was so shocked with the turn of events and how everything came about in the end. I was expecting the worst in the end, especially when bill pulled the trigger on the gun.
I am so grateful Tom didn't load it!
I am happy to have had the honour to read this story. It was a long journey but with every moment, this is one of the very first stories that made me love slash. This was a treasure and deserves a high and mighty praise.
A master piece! You are a genius writer and I cannot wait to read more of your wonderful work in the future.

I am so speechless. I have been reading this for over a year, I remember last May when the latest update came out, and I was bawling my eyes out. This whole year I've checked periodically for the next chapter and today when I checked - I kid you not - I gasped and covered my mouth. This was phenomenal, not just this chapter and this ending but this whole story and everything you've done with it. It got to me in a way nothing else has, and the tears just keep coming. Thanks for the incredible story. I don't have enough good things to say, I'm literally going to just start clapping even though it's 1am and I'm sitting here in the dark with tears running down my face.

Oh god!I dont know what to say? I mean i feel million things right now, i've been reading since chapter number 8 and eventhough i barely commented, i just wanted to thank you for writing this beautiful story, it's so special to me, it may sounds sick but i feel like i grew up along with this fiction, i feel a little hole in my chest, i feel happy and sad at the same time, i couldnt really expected and asked for a better ending than the one that you gave it. I will never ever get sick and tired or reading it over and over an over, i remember when i told my friends (that don't even care about tokio hotel)the story and they were so excited everytime i told them about a chapter. Can you see what you cause with this phenomenal way of writing?
I'm so grateful with You because you did it! you finished it! You weren't like the ones who left! And the wait was worth it!
I'm crying because I didn't know if I wanted Bill to survive, to escape, to die, to live, to whatever! As soon as I started to read, I felt like my heart was beating so fast cause it was happening and I was a little confused, then all turned out and I was like oh jesus, oh god, oh why! oh no! Honestly this is my favorite fanfiction, the one that marked a stage of my life.

Thank you so much for this beautiful story. I am so glad that I followed it from beginning to end. I can't believe that Tom was able to save Bill but I am incredibly relieved about it. Perhaps one day you will be able to write a sequel so that we may have a glimpse into how their life together turned out. I think eventually Bill will forgive Tom and himself and learn to love them both and the second chance on life he has been given. Once he learns to stop looking over his shoulder he will cherish the precious gift that Tom has given him. Thanks again for this incredible tale of love, sacrifice and redemption. I thoroughly enjoyed every word of it.

I just wanted to thank you for this story. It is simply the best I've ever read. At the moment I barely can find any words, I'm almost crying like this story often made me. I want to tell you what I liked about it but... there's nothing that wasn't simply awesome. I'm so impressed, I can't even describe.
Also I want to thank you for not letting Bill die. (;D) You know, you pretty shocked me with that penalty... When you're from Germany and reading a story taking place here, this is the last thing you would expect. I had to stop reading for month because I could not stand Bill waiting for his death.
But nevertheless I gotta say it was a great move. After all, it just touched me so deep. I could feel with every single character, you described everything and everyone just so great.
I want to say so many more things but I actually don't really know how to explain... Not just because of the language, even if I wrote in German I could not explain. I'm just... so deeply impressed.

I KNEW YOU'D DO AN ENDING LIKE THIS and I love you for it. Simply wow. I'd merry you if I could. This is the story that kept me coming back to this site, and it's kinda sad that it's over. Don't do any followups, this is the best end that you could have written. When in saw it in the latest updated list I gave out a scream. Thank you for finishing it and thank you for a wonderful read. I've loved this story from the beginning to the end and I hope you'll give us something else soon. I cant thank you enough for this one. Seriously. Wow.
