XD i think i said this in my previous review (not like anyone remembers anyway) but yeah, tom is really exactly what bill needs in his life. in the first few chapters when crazy!Bill was bouncing all over the place, tom provided a source of normalcy and stability by being bill's friend and protecting him. but when it seemed like poor bill was slowly becoming stifled by the world's attempts to make him TOO normal, good ol' monster tomi came out to bring the old bill back and dispense some philosophical wisdoms as well XD
