So, I was kind of pissed that no one told me this was updated. D: I was about to go bitch out gmail for being such a.. well, such a bitch, but then I realized the lack of update might have been coz I didn't favorite the story. Heehehe... heh. Ahem. Fun Fact time over. Moving on!

First I gotta say having read both of your fics in the past, you two collaborate really, really well. And it's not because you're both great writers in your own right, or because you write the same, but because of one thing you have in common: attention to detail. It gave me migraines in Analyzed (which, btw, Froggy, I loved but cannot review because if I started I would *literally* never be able to stop analyzing -hah, pun- so let's just not go down that path D:) and those disturbingly fun ah-HAH moments in Filter, so I was expecting you to jumble it together so I'd get migraines while going ah-hah! but... but...

I don't. *still in awe* It's so EASY to follow Bill's thoughts, especially in this chapter, that for a while I thought I was seriously missing something and had to go back and read everything again just to make sure. When I read this fic I see the world through Bill-tinted glasses and it's a bit wonky and a bit are-you-sure-you're-not-high-on-something, but more often than not I find myself connecting with him and his voice on a level that's a bit frightening and makes me wonder if I'm not just as crazy. D:

I found myself nodding along when he decided to follow Tom, and was suspicious right along with him when I realized he'd been holding something, and when Bill was trying to draw a conclusion about what he could be, I found myself thinking, "Nah, he's too pretty to be a troll." ...it was SCARY. DDDD:

Bill doesn't seem as weird as he was when I first started reading - in fact, his theories have started to sound logical to me, especially the one about why Tom moved away from the city. I think it's amazing the way you've incorporated his thoughts and actions into one experience, so much so that I don't have to skip back and forth from his mind to the "real" world, because what he's thinking and doing seems so connected and natural. And, to go off topic for a quick second, I LOVED the phrase "kernel of deductive reasoning", probably more than I should have. I may or may not be stealing it in the future for my own use. *shifty eyes*

This chapter made me narrow my eyes and go "HMM" in a way that made it sound like I was being thoughtful and analytical, but inside I was just going, "GODDAMNIT someone tell me what's up with those sneakers!" ...D:

But more than anything else, in this chapter, I found myself able to sympathize with the saint that is Simone. More than Bill's what-the-hell-factor and more than Tom's mysterious actions, I was left feeling like I could cry for that woman. ;____; ...kind of like that, yeah. I love how she loves him though, and its not in a typical parenting way... well, it IS, but nothing is ever really *typical* when it comes to our favorite Bill, and I just really, really like her character now. I want to see more of her and more of her reactions to Bill's... um... enthusiasm... even though it makes me want to weep for her sake.

So, if we're going to talk bottom line: I loved it and need more like Bill needs to find out what the hell is up with Tom (though I need that too) so... there's only one thing left for you to do, isn't there?

Update! D:

Much love,

Ella

Author's Response:

I think we look forward to your reviews as much as you look forward to our updates! (By the way, we're updating again tonight. We'll have an update every day.)

I love that you get in Bill's head the way we get in Bill's head. Once you're in that mindset, everything totally makes sense. I think it's hilarious that Bill's theories seem logical considering the fact that we haven't even explained where the heck his theories come from. I think it's just hard not to get into it when he's so completely convinced.

We were both hoping that sneaker thing would drive everybody crazy. I'm afraid that the sneaker mystery probably won't be completely solved for quite a while.

We're glad you like Simone. You'll be seeing more of her in a few more chapters. The woman really is a saint for putting up with Bill and giving him his ham and licorice sandwiches.

Oh, Muffin says she'll beat you up if you steal her kernel. (Don't be afraid of her though. She's all talk. xD)

Thank you so much for your fantastic reviews.

Hahahaha! I really love this, it's very original xD Is there actually something to Bill's theories or is he nuts? lol. Interesting. Update soon, girls.

"He's so weird. He doesn't talk to anybody at school, and his hair is all weird, and his clothes are strange and today I followed him after he went to work and I saw him out in this field digging holes!" Oh Bill. You just described yourself so perfectly

lmao guys this story is amazing so far! It's really really odd but that's just what keeps bringing me back for more. It's like watching a foreign film that just seems really odd to you but you keep watching to know the outcome and then when its over you're like "Yeah that was so fucking awesome dude! Let's watch it again!" Cant wait for more!

I loved it! That sneakers bit is a total mystery to me, I have no idea why Tom would bury a pair! I think we'll find out why soon enough, though! =)

Ohmigod, I cannot convey to you just how much I'm in love with Bill, and this story!!
God, I wish I could be like that boy.

Question.. Does he have a book or other resource telling him about all these creatures, or does he make it up himself? Just curious. XDDD

OMG, pedo!Tom. Now that, I wasn't expecting. LOL. ILU Bill. I want to meet someone like him in RL. Or at least be like him in RL. He sounds like so much fun.

Author's Response:

I about died laughing when I saw what Muffin had written about Tom being a pedophile. xD
