Oh my god, that was so beautiful. I usually dont even read the "normal" non-pairing stuff, but i am so glad someone linked this in the Schrei box today, othewise i would've never known about it.
Sure, i was a little sad there was no official twc, but then again, even with the twins there usually is some if not a lot of blatant obviousness. XD. (and if thats not your thing, sorry, Dx)
Anyways, this was beautiful, really. Amazing. The thing i like most about it is the fact that it was just so real. It was as if Tom or Bill had written this themselves about the surgery.

Fantastic story, I think you portrayed the twin's relationship really well.
It’s too quiet; almost as if he was alone, and that is the stuff twin nightmares are made of.
I really loved that line, I'd never thought of it like that before but oh yes, I can imagine it would be terrifying.

Oh, my sweet dear God. This was absolutely beautiful. I teared up with Tom during the difficult moments and almost wished for him to let go--to break down and cry--even though I knew he wouldn't.
