I've never come across a fic like this before; it's quite difficult to come up with a unique idea nowadays, so congrats for that :) It seems to be going well so far, I'm intrigued to find out how their relationship begins.

So much potential in this fic, its overflowing with it. I like the style you've set up, its soft and subdued, and perfect for the subject matter at hand. There's a lot you could do with this, and the idea in itself is genius, so I really do hope you continue.
As far as characterization goes, I like that you didn't have Bill busk out of necessity but rather because he wanted to be independent. That seems to stick to his original personality rather well. No interaction between Tom and Bill yet and I don't know how you'll play it out -- animosity first, or friends from the start? - but I'm curious and hooked and would love to see more.
Keep writing, you're awfully good at it. :3

I just ramdonly came to me a while ago & i've been wanting to do this for ages, but i had to finish my others first, so now they're done, this will be concentrated on.
