Author's Response: goog;e it then. in norway there is born 10-12 every year, and we have about 5 mill population, and the article said that it was a result of the northern European style of living (chemical, enviorment and all they tripe) who knows, maybe god decided were were getting too many, and needed to slow down procreation. hell, there are enough kids needing a home and parents as it is.... im bllabbin g. sorry. thank you for the review!!
