omg that would be a crazy ending, and then Tom has to decide if he still is sexually attracted to Bill and still in love with him.
I could be way off haha but I was just thinking up reasons why Bill would just up and leave...
It could just be b/c he needed to sneek back into Georg/Gustav's room.
