O_o Wow I was thinking something like this was about to happen. I was like I bet that Tom and Andreas are going to fight for Bill, hihi! Andreas was being a bit of an asshole, grabbing at Bill like that.
Than they kiss, totally unexpected then that it was going to happen. But I'm so glad it did. all though Tom seem to regret it or dismay it. Wonder what he is thinking actually and he can't be mean to Bill about this because he started it.
"For most people,Bill thought, the New Year was a symbol of beginning, so why does it feel like the end?"
That last sentence doesn't sound so good so I'm so curious to know what will happen. Can't wait^^

I think that perhaps, inadvertantly most likely, you have made the boys a bit English. As I don't recall mince pie ever being in our German Christmas traditions, as well as a few other things like bollocks and pound shops(in Germany they are called euroshops)
This story is really well written and I'm completely hooked, but that's like the only downfall, it isn't bad though.
I really enjoy this.
Author's Response: Thank you for pointing that out - the boys sound a bit English because we actually are English and we sometimes forget who our audience are. We currently feel quite stupid for calling it a 'poundshop' and we will change that next time we update, and we will change the mince-pies to something more German (hopefully) but equally festive, but we're afraid that the 'bollocks' must stay in =] thanks for your help and your review! =]
