Lol, I was rather concerned during what turned out to be Geo's dream, because Gustav wasn't exactly following the rule of making sure there's consent before starting in on him..

Jacie can use the Earlwood -- Lol, I, erm, have no idea what 'Earlwood' means.

Rawr, Tom, manipulating Bill. But at least it's for a good cause.

Author's Response: The Earlwood is Tom's new 30,000 guitar. XD

Oh man, I nearly teared up with Georg's internal dialogue about a third of the way in ;_;

I really wonder who Tom was talking to!

Omg, stupid Gustav XD Um, of course she's "endearing and helpless"; she's being *paid* to be like that.

He had finally picked a kitty litter. The most expensive brand, of course. Haha! XD Continuing to prove he is the perfect cat for Bill.

Poor Tom! I know that I'd feel maddened if people were making me think I had ticks/mites in my hair D: It's a bit of a phobia for me.

“Only you. I never dream of anyone but you.” Tom whispered. Bill snuggled down onto him, contented. -- Oh... but I thought Bill wanted Tom to keep thinking about/keep fucking women because he didn't want to turn him "all the way" gay.

The guy who could stand there staring at a child who was drunk and being assaulted by an adult; -- Oh god DX That put me in horrible remembrance of that molestation court case from the news a bit ago. Some guy had witnessed an assault, and did absolutely nothing to stop it; instead he called his superior about it the next morning...

Oh yeah, from the previous chapter I thought it was pretty funny that Tom thought John was saying "Whore's men", hehe.

Lol! Mr. Fluffles got the cheese puffs. It's funny, because I was raging two days ago that my mom and siblings ate a whole bag of cheese puffs without me.

Woot! More good news and events. Except that Georg and Gustav are still oblivious, thinking that the other is straight as an arrow *facepalm* You took the words right out of my mouth with the: boys can be incredibly stupid Rawr, if only they would just talk it out!

Hehe, the cat :D

Lol, I think my favorite part of this chapter was the bunny/Heather Ruby playing chess.

That John character definitely gets my back up :/ I see him as a manipulator, and I've never done well interacting with manipulators.

Author's Response: John is a manipulator, but that's his job. The person in his position always is and the band has a very hard time dealing with that type of person too. Story wise I wanted to give them a good guy, which based on comments they've made in interviews, hasn't really happened yet in real life, LOL or at least not often enough.

The Gs' backstory was interesting! I was wondering how they got started.

I was a little worried that it was Bill's other personality "Diva", as Heather labelled it, who broke the news to Tom that he knew about what happened, because he was so candid when mentioning it...

Lol, Bill's a top. In like 95% of the (slash) stories on here he's a bottom ;) Which I love, but it's nice variation.

With Gustav's take on it, seems that the twins are in a vicious cyle. Oh, misunderstandings... :(

Gustav lay on the floor squealing in joyful hysteria as Georg rubbed his damp body all over him. -- Lol, ew sweaty body XD

Hmm, this "not remembering" thing vaguely reminds me of that fic where Tom would black out, rather frequently, and assault Bill. (Though in the story it was sort of a grey area where it was unclear whether Bill wanted it)

On the flipside, it was so cute that Bill set Ruby -- I keep thinking of her as "Ruby" even though her name is "Heather Ruby" -- down to watch Tom.

And wow, I did not know that bit of info that Georg said, that a person can metaphorically short-circuit their brain after an attack.

Heh, the cat...

PS: I just saw your replies! Thank you for explaining the flashback! :) I understand it all now.

Oh no!! Georg thinks that Tom is raping Bill D:

I'd expected him to be a little heartbroken, but not come to that conclusion.

Oh man XD I *love* that Tom keeps using the cat explanation. That whole conversation was hilarious.

And it was so funny how they chased away the woman XD But I guess that's where the chapter title comes from!

And then when David walked in.. *laughs silently because ppl are sleeping*

That Georg and Gustav fiasco towards the beginning was really funny XD On the flipside, guh, David/Dave really is the worst manager ever. He's the very definition of exploit.

Lol, in the next Gs section, I was crazy amused by how deep in denial Gustav is XD "It's not gay, they just sometimes have sex!" XD Anyway, they have a very interesting set-up!

Lol, towards the end, Tom's line. "Big fuckin' cat."

Positive image on David, as well. I almost regret saying that comment in the last review. Almost =P

Those t-shirts XD

Okay, this was a very confusing chapter for me :( Perhaps you should think about inserting page breaks whenever you change the scene or jump into a flashback, because I felt whiplashed.

I didn't understand the flashback at all. The parents were separating but they weren't divorced? The dad was taking Bill? Why? I'm pretty sure custody rulings are *after* a couple has filed for divorce. And it said they hadn't.

And I didn't comprehend why their father (I'm assuming that's Jorg) was yelling at Simone for separating the twins when HE was the one dragging Bill away @__@ By appearances, HE is the one separating them.

And I thought it was just strange that the dad was making it out to be like he was separating them forever. Again, all while yelling that Simone was the one doing all the damage -.-

And then it said: Every week a different strange man would come and steal Bill. Different man each time? What, was Simone dating a different man each week? Unless that was the court-ordered official who was in charge of escorting Bill to their dad's house. In which case, I think maybe it should have been made clearer.

I'm sorry, I really want to understand this :( But I've always been very bad at reading between the lines and picking up non-verbal/non-obvious cues.

Author's Response: The issue about Simone and Jorg's relationship was a lot more unclear when I started writing this than it is now. At the time the twins were claiming they were divorced which we subsequently learned was a bit of a stretch. It appears fairly clear they were never married and that the twins were bastards. Be that as it may, he paid child support and was entitled to custody visits as their father. In this story they are sharing custody and attempting to play nice before the divorce is final and a custody decree is in place. Since she is the one cheating on her husband, (or leaving him for a better man) she's being careful not to make herself look bad to the court.rnrnI made it happen earlier in the story than it really happened in their real lives. Here the parents went their separate ways when the twins were four, whereas in real life it happened when they were seven. Also the twins went to live with their grandparents and not Simone and Gordon when they finally got together. For the purposes of my story, I preferred to make them younger and omit their grandparents.rn rnTheir father would be entitled to visitation regardless of their marital situation, and his fury with Simone is because in his mind, this entire situation of him having to come and get one of his children for "visits" is entirely her fault for leaving him for another man. It becomes clear later on that Simone wouldn't let him take both of them at one time for fear he'd abscond with them and not bring them back. Without a legal court order, if he took them, it would be extremely hard for her to regain them. He is furious that he can't have both his sons at once, and that he is faced with hysterical dramas when he comes to get his dearly loved child. For all he knows, she is deliberately trying to upset them before he arrives. The situation gets so bad he starts sending his friends over to collect him so he doesn't have to deal with screaming scenes in the street.

This was hard to read ;_; I mean, I believe that in real life Bill is too strong a person to let his image be changed by force like that. Not *that* much against his wishes. Otherwise he wouldn't have been bouncing around and smiling so genuinely.

I'm somewhat offended by Tom's belief that being turned gay is the worst thing in the world. "You turned him gay?!! You might as well have mutilated him!!" That's kind of what I'm picking up from his character :/

Author's Response: I agree that in real life Bill would be more forceful than the one in my story. But this is just a story. And I don't feel it's implausible, even if unlikely. As for Tom, he's a red blooded hetro male who believes his brother is straight, they're twins. From his perspective, altering Bill that much against his nature would be horrible, not the gayness per se, but such a huge change at all. He's seen so many changes forced on Bill that his natural inclination is to assume he was being forced to be gay as well. Tom has nothing against gay people which is made more clear later on.

Wow, that was intense. First it was worrying in the beginning part, then it was funny with that game they were playing -- during which I tensed up when Bill said his thing -- then it was *very* worrying.

It's kinda strange, though, how they keep referring to the fans as "little girls", when they're actually teenagers. "Little girls", I think of eight- and nine-year-olds.

Author's Response: In the story the guys refer to them as little girls because the actual management does this, I've heard them. I personally believe they encouraged the band to think of them as little girls, so they wouldn't meddle with any of them. Most of their fans in 2007/2008 were 14-17 not acceptably old enough to date without causing a lot of drama. Always using the phrase "little girls" keeps it at the forefront of teenage male hormones to keep their hands off.

Wow! That was somehow sexy, confusing, with a touch of surreal.

Oh, when the story says Dave, I'm guessing you mean David Jost. Because he's their manager. Dave, I think, refers to Dave Roth, who is one of their producers.

Author's Response: Yes, The Dave in the story is David Jost. I call him Dave in the story, and not David, because Tom calls him Dave when they are out at events, and I assume the others do to.

I love the details in this chapter. Unfortunately I don't know what heather smells like D:

Author's Response: Heather is sort of a masculine flower smell. Not quite grass, not quite flowers. Many men wear it.
