Loved the conversation between Bill and Sullivan. I think they're so cute. It kind of bothered me that she called him 'tiger,' though. That's her nickname for Tom, or so I thought.
Either way, I'm very curious to see how this date's going to turn out...and whether the shit's really going to hit the fan with the twings like I think it will.

Damn. You know, I'll start off by saying that twincest scares the hell out of me. Incest, even in it's cutest forms just...no. You've converted me. Goddammit, all of the hordes of Lord of the Rings, Phantom of the Opera, Pirates of the Carribean, and Doctor Who fangirls couldn't do that. But I actually found the sexually tense moments between Tom and Bill very interesting and at times, very cute.
All in all, I give it 9 out of 10 stars. I couldn't think of any criticisms, your writing style is positively superb. Which is a very unexpected thing to find in fan fiction, much less Tokio Hotel fics. Keep up the good work.
