the one thing i love about your stories is that they are so full with emotion and that it's hard not to feel something. i love in this story that you've portrayed the characters (bill and tom) like 'real men'. i see in so many stories where they are no more than boys, immature, among other things (as you know)..its refreshing every now and then to feel like one is reading a dose from reality. that's why i enjoy reading your stories and thus i have to thank you for that ^_^

Author's Response: You know, I hadn't even thought about that, but I see it now you've said it... I think maybe I, though they are two years younger than me, can't seem to picture them so childish with everything they've already experienced... Those boys have probably had a grand dose of reality and adulthood hit them when they were about twelve years old, and though they might act their age sometimes (it is only natural) I think I like to believe that there have to be more to them, or they wouldn't have gotten this far in life... About the feelings, I often use writing as a way of canalizing my own feelings somewhere to not feel so much myself, you know, like sometimes you can be so stuffed up with mixed emotions that you're almost going out of your head... My own feelings inspire me anyway :) <3 Chris
