I don't know how I should feel about Mallory, I want to hate her, like really hate her, but then she's being nice, so I want to like her.
Norma's sweet, I'm worried about her following suit with her husband, but, I suppose, if she did, it'd probably result in another chapter like this.
Personally, I didn't think of it as depressing, I imagined like a layer of smog over the scenes at/after the funeral, but I just didn't feel depressed. Which is good.
Oh, and I'm glad you never wrote Tom being macho, not letting himself cry and that, but I'm glad he wasn't laying in bed sobbing buckets. The in-between that you managed worked perfectly.
I want to be like, 'give me more fluff! let Mallory stay nice, let Tom move in with Bill, let him propose, don't let there be any drama!' But that wouldn't make for a good fic now would it?
I love Tom with a toned chest *drools* and Bill watching him, and admiring him *drools more,* I'm well happy that that was in.

You know you want to have Tom go to town on anyone who ever touched Bill, like really beat the crap out of them, then they walk round town with Tom showing Bill off, and the fact he has him and no one else does.
Oh! I bloody love how Tom had no one but just wanted someone, and Bill could get everyone but wanted someone special too, it works so well. Sure, it's marginally cliche, but I'm a sucker for cliche's.

It was sweet naming his grandparents off of you Uncle and Aunt, sorry about loosing him.

they have to be the cutest couple ever. im so glad that they've finally met it feels like its taken forever but the wait was worthwhile. i really hope tom gets to move to bills city and protect bill from those ugly retards that hit on him and hurt him. i can only imagine that now that they've seen bill with someone that it'll only get worse for bill. i really like how intimite they are with eachother and its such a cute relationship that you've built.
