Author's Response: I like Tobi, but sadly i can't explore his character as much as i would want to in this story, mainy because, well, it's not about him.rnrnNow the Bill discovery part i cannot give away yet because i've been working on it for quite some time and you kind of can't really get it unless it's from the story.(a lot of explaining to do). You'll find out in the next 1-2 chappies anyway.

Author's Response: Romania. And actually school ended on the 15th of june, but i was in my final year so i had to take end of highschool exams, namely a bacalaureate. rnrnDon't worry. I'll have a long summer. College doesn't start till the first of October.
