Oh Lord, what the fuck?
I don't know...Bill is just really odd to me in this. It's still a good story, but I'm really wanting to know what he's thinking. It's driving me mad. And I think he was lying at the beginning. If Tom noticed that Bill seemed to be expecting the question, then that means that Bill knew that he was the one who ignored Tom on the train. If he was thinking that it was the other way around, and that Tom had ignored him, then he'd be shocked when Tom asked him otherwise, wouldn't he?
Like I said, I don't know. This is getting more and more bizarre to me. I find it interesting that the other reviews all seem to be like "It's so cute!" and I'm sitting here going something is really off about Bill.
Gah. Maybe I'm getting everything wrong about this but I found the ending to be a mixture of sweet on Tom's part and weird from Bill's part. I mean, Tom just told you he likes you. You'd think Bill would either a) tell him it ain't happening or b) reciprocate.
But no. He didn't do either of those things. He just...smiled. *is so confused*
