Oooh, girl, this was amazing. The way you subtle give some clues away about what happend to Tom it's just brilliant.
"The boy didn’t notice the small flicker of fright that crossed Tom’s face." I don't really know what happen but this made me wonder what exactly it is that Tom is hiding. I think he does hide it very well. These litle things give an slight sad undertone to the light and happy events in the chapter. loved the bet, I just know Tom would fall for it. The way that bill just hauled him in with challenging him, he's easy :-p The kiss was hot, I bet that Tom wants to do it again :-p
"It even made Tom forget for a while." The ending was sad, I just want to hug Tom and made him forget all about it, I hope Bill might help him.

Hi Lucy! I owe you a huge apology. I've been so busy I haven't had a change to respond to your email. I promise I'll get to it asap. I've had an exam that has been rather time consuming that had to be completed first. I'll be done w/ it tomorrow. This story is so amazing! How many chapters are you planning on making it? I could see it lasting forever and a part of me wants that but another part of me doesn't b/c I want to know what happens. This chapter was great! Tom and Bill are so cute and you have proved to me yet again that you are one of the funniest people I know. Seriously, your sense of humor reminds me of JK Rowling sometimes. It's kinda creepy. Andreas is interesting. I have a feeling you wouldn't just put his story in for no reason but I'm not sure how he connects to the house or bill or tom yet. Maybe Tom's dad abducted him? I know I'm getting a bit ahead, I'm just putting all my thoughts out. Tom seems so nice and care free but it's obvious there's a lot more underneath the surface. I take it he lives in the house Bill's obsessed with? And his dad has some terrible past and he's abusive. I feel really bad. How long is he going to be there? His dad can't leave visible marks on him b/c his friends would see. Especially if he takes off his shirt to go swimming. Giorg might not question were Tom dissapeared too but Gustav definately would. This doesn't sound like the first time this has happened. Does he lie if his dad locks him up for multiple days and say he's been sick? So many questions, I hope you will at least answer some. Update really really soon. And I want a conclusion to my little brother btw. I'll write on thursday probably. Update soon.
