All the caps lock is kind of irritating, i know you are trying to get the point across that Simone is angry, but there are other ways of doing that.
Bill is also very ooc to me, maybe try smoothing his character out.
Otherwise, i like this idea, and i look forward to more chapters! I can only wonder how Bill and Tom are going to talk to each other now...T.T
