Oh this is wonderful! I don't agree with one of your reveiwers that Tom is being whiny. I think Tom is acting just right. He DID extend an olive branch and expressed his desire to get to know Bill better--and Jose was more important. I can see why he's irritated. And I agree with him being fed up with the whole thing and deciding that he's not going to be extending that branch again to Bill anytime soon. After all, Bill and his mother have invaded Tom's home. If Bill refuses to make an effort, why should Tom?
On the other hand, Bill DID make another effort to make amends with Tom after breakfast. So much for "not caring". He's still a jerk, but he's not a complete jerk. LOL
Simone is strange to me. She seems to just sit there and let Bill act up. My mother would have slapped me. I guess you're going for the whole: She's tried and yelled and screamed at him for ages and now she's just resigned. I could be wrong though.
What makes Bill tick? What makes Tom tick? I am longing to know. I love the slow build up, like I mentioned before, and I am happy you are going the realistic route and not having them jump each other so early on in their "relationship", but I can't help but wonder what you'll do to initiate that first spark of interest just the same. And will it be mutual or will it just be one of them developing a crush at first? I love to analyze stories--especially yours. :DDD So yeah. Can't wait for that, but I still love the steady pace you've got going. It will make the first contact so much more potent, you know?
I can't help but feel there's going to be jealousy mixed in with Tom and Bill's issues along the way. I could be wrong again with that, but I predict it strongly.
I am so torn! I love, love, LOVE that you updated again, but I must really like you because I found myself fretting: "Oh but I hope she's still keeping up with her studying for her exams!" I think you said your holidays start on the 18th, so good luck with the last of your tests!! May you get high marks.
And write more of this and Barefoot. I haven't started your newest fic because I'm waiting for that to get a few chapters in before reading.

Author's Response: Haha I love how you analyze every little thing xD I could introduce the tiniest hint of the tiniest spark of the littlest interest from either of the guys for the other and you would pick it up :O That's good though, because I'd ovbiously intend people to spot it and I know not everybody would ;) And yes, Tom has every right to be fed up, after all Bill just jumped into bed with Tom's crush, without a care in the world, and yet Tom STILL wants to give their 'brotherly' relationship a shot and build it up. If I were Tom, and Bill showed such little interest, I'd probably be even more pissed off -_- And yeah, my holidays start tomorrow after school and I CANNOT WAIT! *explodes with joy* I'll update Barefoot soon, and work a little more on my new fic too. And this of course, how could I not write more of this soon? I love writing this :D (And I've been working on a new fic too... god I'm on fire xD)
