And I forgot to mention the locked door. *cries laughing* I knew it would piss Bill off to be shut out. That was the second time that Tom's words, said so nonchalantly, seemed to have hurt Bill's feelings. First them in town and Tom going: "You know, I'd totally like you if you weren't such a bitch..." and now the "I locked it so you couldn't just barge in anymore."

Both times Bill's expression seems to falter and part of me feels sorry, but the other part is kind of like: Well, Bill, what did you expect? It's like he almost thinks Tom and him are bonding when Tom, in reality, is just fucking annoyed.

Also, good subtle hint of the tension between Simone and Bill and of things long past. I don't know, I'm rooting for things to get better between them.

Dear sweet merciful Zeus...I was torn between laughter and wanting them to fuck like bunnies on Tom's desk chair. I almost thought Bill would do it, he was so pissed. You know, just sort of leap at Tom while he was laughing. LOL!

I cracked up laughing at Tom's response: "Because I'm not gay?" for, like, five minutes. It's just the way I imagined it playing out in my head you know? Line delivery and everything.

And we all know Tom's very deep in denial about that. He's just as bi as Andi and Bill. Or is Andi gay? I never figured that out. *shrugs*

And Bill is just as deep in denial b/c he so very obviously wanted to use the excuse of "making it up" to Tom as a way to have sex with him b/c any other time he would have just said "Thanks" and moved on. And Andi is 100 percent right about his stubborn friend. Bill is deathly afraid that Tom will reject him b/c if it were any other guy? Bill would have gone right up to them and told them exactly what he wanted to do to them and what he wanted them to do to him. But Tom? He tries to, well...um, lure him as Tom so eloquently put it.

I don't know, Tom finally got the upper hand and called Bill out and, for some weird reason, I feel really bad for Bill here. Not that Tom doesn't deserve to get a point in this little cat and mouse game he's inadvertantly playing with Bill, but...I don't know. I kind of think, even though you didn't show Bill's reaction once he left, that Bill was kind of crushed. Or maybe even mortified.

I could be wrong though. Maybe he's still just pissed. So angry, that one. LOL.

The entire scene of Bill starting to strip off had my eyes widening and my mouth dropping open and, like I said, I was torn between wanting Tom or Bill to make a move and laughing at the entire bizarre situation. I was like: OMG, Bill is insane. And bold. LOL And when Tom had to find a chair because the heat and Bill were causing him to lose it...Oh God I was dying. :DDDD

And when Bill said "Oh no, Don't chicken out..." I admit I got a bit scared. Because Bill is, at best, unpredictable--especially when he's angry. He's almost like a cornered cat and he'll come out snarling and hissing when he's being threatened.

Or hurt.

So yeah, I really feared for Tom there b/c I didn't know how Bill would react.

But the whole scene, while amusing, also was strangely charged with this sexual tension, so if that was what you were going for, Kudos to you.

Now please write more. I'll be over here rocking in my corner until you do. :D I am inherently grateful that you updated three days in row for us despite the heat, so thank you for that. I can relate. Here in Texas is fucking hot as well. I kept williing it to be cool where you are so that you wouldn't feel so listless. I kept finding myself going: Please let her get an airconditioned bubble. PLEASE. LOL!

I've said it once and I'll say it again, your Tom is fucking amazing.
He makes me aww, melt, laugh smile, blush and most of all curse how much you seem to hate him.
So, after this, which seems like it's a turning point, does that mean you're gonna be more kind to him?

And, he just walked away, like a wounded puppy, he should've got back up and fought properly.

No one showing up, Bill pissed off and pouty because his party was a flop and Tom, being such a nice guy, trying hard to make Bill have fun anyway ;p I'm so glad you like this Tom! I'll try and be nicer to him from now on.... but I'm sure after this subtle turning point he'll be facing a few nicer situations than before, anyway ;)
