Honestly, I find nothing to criticize. And that's not a bad thing, either! Stupendous! Amazing! Bill! Yeah. I like Bill. And Tom. But I like Bill more, 'cause he's a cat.
My thoughts are kind of scattered, and you'd be lucky to get a verbal fifty word rant out of me right now. (And that's obviously not a good thing because I love to talk.) So I'll probably come back through and read the stories I've reviewed today at a later time so my criticism will be better.

I like how you made Bill tell Tom about the curse although he didn't think it was a big dial. I'm wondering if it's because of the curse that they didn't seem to get that they feel more for each other then they think all though they seem determined to let it slide, just friend right :-p wonder if they can beat the curse, well I just want to know what's going to happen.

You needed to have an exposition at some time, and it fitted quite nicely in this chapter. It also gave Tom an opportunity to exam his feelings for Bill! Although I think he is deluding himself... He's in love all right... :)
(and so are Bill)
Constructive criticism:
Don't dwell too much on the angst (some are required) and move the plot forward... You need to have a forward momentum in the story...
Nice to see some more fluff too... ;)
Curious about the premonitions...
And, as always, I love your Bill, he is so sweet and vulnerable and innocent...

Author's Response: To be honest, the plot is actually advancing quite a lot without you realizing it... so I suppose this was just a filler chap to set up for later events.

okay... thoughts on the storyline... got it!
It has an interesting plot, that I (I guess you can say...) enjoy. I'm a cat-lover all the way, so there's a thumbs up! Anyway... I love the whole premotions (sp?) thing, Bill should totally have another one in the next chapter. :) I love the cuddling that's always happening between Tom and Bill, it's ubercute!
I guess that isn't very good... but it's the best I can come up wth. :)
