This is amazing, and I just love that Tom is so uncertain about Bill. I'm really curious about this universe you have created, mostly because of the slider you mentioned, because it is either something you invented or I'm just being really clueless about technology.
I am trying to wait patiently for an update. I know you said it would be slow, but I'm beginning to fear that I will never find out what happens to these guys :( Is there more coming?!

I dunno what else to say, I feel that whatever I could possibly tell you about this, appart from the fact that I'd totally love to see more of it soon, would sound redundant. (My, Bill acting all tough is rather hot, don't you think so? Let alone Tomi being kinda weak, that'd be totally cute)

So, I don't know what the hell is going on. :3 But get this, I'm not surprised, because it's you. I think I've told you this before, but you write like we live. It's so much easier to look at the story through whatever character's POV you make it because things happen gradually. You don't start out with a huge paragraph telling me about the "System", or what Bill does and why he does it - you explain things through actions. You don't tell a story, you show it. And you really have no idea how much I love that about you.
It's that that makes me think you're too good for fanfiction. You know I'm not one for meaningless flattery, so believe me when I say you really could make something of yourself. This sort of ease with writing and writing well doesn't come from practice so much as it comes from talent.
But blathering aside, this chapter made me ask so many questions and gave me so little answers. My eye literally twitched when I saw there was no "next" button.
I don't actually want to go into specifics about this chapter because I'm not sure if I have a real grip on what's going on yet, and I hate making assumptions when I'm not sure what I'm talking about. (I'd rather not make an ass out of you and me. :3) But I need to yap about something, you know I do, so let me just go with Bill/Tom interaction.
First, Tom is the vulnerable one. FIN-FUCKING-ALLY. I know you aren't going to pigeon-hole Tom into the role of weak prostitute (I'm not even going to warn you against it because I *know* you wouldn't) but just through the conversation and reactions on both sides, it's obvious Bill has the upper hand in everything so far.
I liked so many things about their interaction - hell, I liked *everything* about it; Bill wanting to egg a response out of him, Tom being cautious and reluctantly willing, Bill liking that he's being cautious and reluctantly willing, and... and the anticipation is driving me crazy.
There are so many other things I picked up on this chapter that I don't want to mention until I get a bigger picture, but just know you are the first and perhaps only author here that has made me think so much and enjoy it even more. The lack of reviews and just general appreciation for this fic makes me angry, so I won't get into that lest I go into a tangent about crappy het fics, but I need a second chapter, please.
(Also, I really, really want the smut. ;__;)

I've definitely been waiting for this, ever since the sneak-peak sketch you posted on deviantART. I'm so glad I caught it and I immediately knew what it was.
And yes, you've got me hooked. You did with the sketch, mind you; but now it's more official. I read this in complete silence- which I never do- and I'm so glad I did. I really lost myself in the writing and details, like I was there or watching it on a television screen. It paints a very vibrant picture.
I cannot wait for the next update.
