The first time they had kissed, ironically enough, it had been Tom's doing.
Georg doesn't really count that one, because the kid had been twelve, for Christ's sake. He's pretty sure it was a hero-worship kind of thing or something. – awh baby Tomi
Tom had been giggling stupidly over something and Georg had been teasing him, in his own inebriation, for giggling in the first place. And Tom had giddily leaned over and pressed their lips together. Georg still tells himself it was just Tom's method of shutting him up. – maybe not.
Tom. He was fun. Alcohol just made him confident and if you followed in his wake, you were almost sure to get laid. - *grins*
When Tom had brought a girl on the bus, it had sort of been the last straw.
Georg had thought he was erupting out of pure brotherly concern. And because, you know. No one wants to walk in on that. - *chuckles* on the bus really? That’s awful!
when he wouldn't stop talking, when he just wouldn't get it, Georg had shoved him up against the wall and kissed him, hard. Georg still tells himself it was just his method of shutting Tom up. – maybe not.
It was stupid, because he couldn't blame it on passion or intoxication and he knew that when he leaned in, could actually hear the rational portion of his brain, the part that wasn't completely exhausted of being (now admittedly) love-sick, screaming at him that he was going to regret this. – oh O_O *gasp*
But, true to form, he had accused Georg of being cheap when he pulled back. – lol!!!
He's counted every kiss since then. – awh!
He even counts when Bill kissed him when they informed him that this might actually be...something. Whatever it is. 'Cause you know. It's sort of like kissing Tom. Same lips and all. - *laughs* I don’t think so lol!!!!
And he counts the way Tom is kissing him now, because it tastes intentional and serious, a twinge of just this side of forever. – awh!

Muse, you know I disliked angst even before the whole Andy thing. I never really understood why people would want to read something that made them sad, and I guess on some level I still don't. But you know, before everything Andy, if it was for you and your fics, I would have read everything you've written, multiple times over.
Thank god there's at least ONE fic you've written without an angst tag (technically, two, and yes, I counted, stfu) I am not a fan of Torg, or Georg in general (I'm like Bushido, they're the "other two") so the fact that I'm even starting to read this says how desperate I am for your writing. One day, you will write a long, happy threesome fic with unicorns and rainbows. ONE DAY.
So I was expecting to read this and go, Musey is a good writer, but nothing really more than that, because Torg just doesn't click with me. But you did something weird, something odd I wasn't expecting - you both made me forget it was Torg, and simultaneously reminded me of how much you nailed their characterizations. I can put this in my favorites because it's a love story in motion, the simplest kind, sweet without being sugary (like Splenda, though that's not a good comparison coz I hate that shit) but what's important is that I know it deserves to be in my favorites because you wrote it superbly.
Sometimes, its not about how much you say, but how much you don't. Knowing when to say what and more importantly, how to say it, is something you can't obtain from practice. That innate ability is also known as talent. You have it in spades.
The fluff tag on this fic is wrong. Looking at it and comparing it to every other fic with that same tag cheapens it. This was love, pure and simple, the best kind. So you know what this means? You ooze angst and sarcasm, but it turns out when you want to, you can ooze some damn fine romance as well.
Write more stuff that doesn't make me cry, Musey. -nudge- You're better at it than I thought you'd be.
