OMG really OMG. When I saw the title of the chapter I really couldn't wait to read it. So cute. But it really makes you wonder. Is Bill really so innocent as he seams? I mean..."seeing the sly smile on those pouted lips and wondering briefly if maybe he shouldn’t have agreed to whatever his twin was planning. That smile always meant trouble anyway." That really doesn't indicate something pure. And of course other things in the story indicate the same.
