why would you write a report on someting nobody understands. You could talk gibberish and the teacher wouldnt know better. That or you could talk about nothing at all in the language. How will the teacher be able to tell how well you work together if they dont understand. What about the kids who only speak english. Then they dont have much of a project. and all Bill and Tom have to do is stay away from each other and then they can say they got along fine.
