Author's Response: Thanks ^^ And the locked up thing, I mentioned it in the first chapter("He didn’t like the feeling of his feet being trapped in shoes. He hated to be locked up in any way, and it was only understandable. The poor boy had been locked up for the entire eighteen years of his young life."), but I guess that's not much information to go by xD I was gonna explain it when more explanations (about the touching too) are going to be revealed, but I might explain it a little earlier instead, in the next chapter or something to make it clearer ^^rnrnThe whole barefoot thing is the main thing I got off the movie, they didn't explain it much either, she just kept saying she didn't want her feet to be locked up, so I'm kind of inventing my explanations to that one a little, and I'm making up the explanation to the touching problem too, that isn't revealed in the movie either.rnrnBut the feet thing is basically, that he wants to walk around as freely as possible (as in, his body), since he as a person has always been locked up and it's a way of feeling 'free-er', that's the only 'explanation' the movie gave... if that makes sense oOrnrnI'll reveal/explain a little more in future chapters though ;)

I think this is my first review on this story, but I have to do it. I love it since you posted the first chapter. Bill is such a fragile, honest, innocent and emotional charachter, I love the way you describe him, enjoying the most little things and Tom's presence. And Tom, Tom is a discover:I never saw Tom described in this way, like a loser who is near to giving up to everything, but Bill seems to like him the way he is, maybe because of his purity. I love this story, I hope you'll post a new chapter soon

Seeing bill drive is a lot of fun. I love that. Poor Tom getting beat up, but I guess it not too bad to have bill's delicate hands to take care of him.
