amazing. I love how you portray Bill. He is a child but Tom is helping him through everything. I love the idea that even though he is technically a child, he still knows what love it. i hope you update soon, it's amazing. great job =]

I think that little speech should do the trick if the doctor has any heart. Poor Bill. Poor Tom too. I hope he loves Bill as much as Bill loves him. He seems deeply attached to him but that doesn't translate to love.
I'm looking forward to the last chapter (b/c it will answer questions not b/c its the last chapter). I hope Tom and bill are together. And we come to a resolution w/ Tom's family. And Tom finds a job. And we find out why he lied about dumping Rachel. Acutally I can guess why, so you can leave that out.
