Noooo, remain as he is. That was what set this story apart from the others. It would be too cliche and disney themed if he got the use of his legs back.
UNLESS, I admit I cannot really remember it being addressed earlier on in the story, was it very heavilly discussed the chances of Bill recovering full use of his legs? If so, then go ahead and give it back to him but if not if it is just going to be this random miracle for the sake of a good ending.
Just don't kill Tom, please.

Happy new year to you! I just read from chapter one to chapter 16 nonstop! I really enjoy your story, you wite it well. (couldn't stop reading XD )
Also it be a miracle for Bill to walk again! Sadly, I dont believe in miracles... never did. So I'm gonna have to say Bill stay in the chair.

This story is amazing! And it's one of those stories I have no idea why I didn't read it before.
I started to read it about a few hours ago and I just couldn't stop. I like the plot, the story is not boring. I just had to read more because I wanted to know what happened next.
And I just love Bill and Tom. They are so cute together, I love their relationship. And I love the way Tom is protecting Bill. It's also nice to read that Jorg is not evil, that he really loves his son.
Tom will make it, right? He just has to. And about your question, I don't know. I think it would be nice for him if he could walk again but I don't think it's a bad thing if he couldn't anymore.
Anyway, can't wait for the future chapters!

That ending was sooo mean, Tomi has to wake up. It was an awesome chapter though, I'm really glad you updated. I'm not sure really whether I want Bill to be able to walk again or not. Part of me thinks it would be great but the other part of me thinks that when word gets out of what happened people should just accept him as he is. I don't know, at the end of the day, it's your call. I'm sure it'll be amazing either way. Hope you update quicker this time, I can't wait to find out what happens. :)
