OMG. See, I'm not really sure this is an actual review of your work, but I was reading this and on my half way through it, I noticed I had this big, million watt grin plastered on my face, almost since Tom hit the guy skating and laughing at Bill. And best is that I didn't realize it by myself, but because my brother came and said "why are you so happy, sis? some nice boy flirting with you?" O.O Could I be so inmersed in the story to be permanently using like 47 muscles of my face and not noticing?

Well, I'm not sure if I missed reading something but, you know, if the cat just gave birth to the kittens and they're only one week old, there's no way that Tom would be allowed to buy one, for cats need to be at least 12 weeks old to leave their mother. They won't climb around on Bill either. They just open their eyes 7 to 10 days after their birth ;)
Apart from that, your story is awesome! It's so sad that there are so many people who don't treat handicapped people in a good way.
I really like Olivia. She's such a good friend to Bill!
